Our Framework

At PSA Marine, we believe responsible organisations play an important role in creating a sustainable future for all. We share a common purpose to protect our people, planet and business prosperity.
To translate our purpose into actions, the PSA Marine Sustainability Framework sets our priorities and articulates a clear approach to embed sustainable solutions in everything we do.
Gerické: PSA Marine’s Rooftop Hydroponics Farm
As part of PSA Marine Sustainability Movement, Gerické opened its doors in 2022, marrying green innovation, intelligent farming, and the community. Vegetables are hydroponically grown on the rooftop of PSA Marine’s main building. To tackle food insecurity in the community, we organise vegetable donation drives to organisations such as Lion Befrienders and Xin Yuan Community Care. Gerické also welcomes special needs students from Grace Orchard School and MINDS to take part in our interactive and educational farm tours to learn about seeding, transplanting and harvesting of hydroponically-grown vegetables.
