Same Paint, Less Wastage, Greater Good

Both PSA Wanda and PSA Vision joined the PSA Marine Singapore fleet on 7 Mar 2022, adding strength to our “superhero” series of named harbour tugs.

Both tugs carry the red-white-grey colour scheme, not only as a signature to differentiate our Singapore towage fleet from other operators, but also a means of simplifying upkeep and optimising paint usage across the fleet!

The standardisation of paint scheme is a simple but practical way to demonstrate our commitment towards sustainable business practices. It lowers paint consumption, minimise wastages, and as a result, decreases operating costs and doing good for our planet.

Dual Fuel Dual Possibilities

As part of PSA Marine’s continuous commitment to a greener marine environment, two dual fuel LNG harbour tugs, PSA Aspen and PSA Oak, were built and deployed for operations in 2019 and 2020. The PSA Marine dual fuel LNG harbour tugs are equipped to operate in either diesel or LNG mode. These vessels contribute towards significant reductions in particulate matter, SOx-, NOx-, CO2- emissions and noise.
