We work closely with schools and institutions of higher learning to build potential talent pipelines and foster a culture that supports learning and mentoring. It demonstrates our commitment towards engaging and giving back to the community.

We participate in the Industry Mentors’ Network programme, an initiative under the national SkillsFuture movement, where our mentors partner participating polytechnics to provide professional and industry guidance to their students. Our mentors comprise of middle management across a variety of disciplines such as Engineering, Operations, Finance, Human Resource and Corporate Communications, who are able to share their experience to encourage and inspire the students to achieve greater heights.

We are also a signatory to the Enhanced Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Internship Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This signals our commitment towards providing meaningful and authentic experiences, hence enabling students to experience real-world situations and develop industry-relevant skills in order to be future-ready.
