Executive / Senior Executive (HR And Corporate Communications) – 1 vacancy
RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidates are expected to:

Be one of the key drivers for HR operations which mainly include the administration of the company’s Human Resource Management System (“HRMS”) and provision of human resource administration and support which includes but not limited to:-

  • Managing foreign workers’ administration matters such as application and renewal of work passes and their dependent passes;
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments on HR-related matters such as insurance administration, processing of invoices, office administration, and processing of relevant government subsidies;
  • Assist in training and development matters such as registration of courses, updating of training records, and following up on relevant training subsidies;
  • Processing disciplinary, creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records;
  • Managing benefits and compensation on HRMS;
  • Offer ongoing support to users, addressing their queries and concerns related to the system;
  • Managing the recruitment function that comprises of hiring, selection, and onboarding; and
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the HR system, collaborating with IT support when necessary; and 
  • Support ongoing and new Human Resource transformation projects.

Apart from the above, suitable candidates will be considered for additional role in HR business partnering role for development and exposure purpose.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should preferably:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Be familiar with HRMS, preferably Peoplesoft;
  • Be attentive to details;
  • Be able to maintain high level of confidentiality;
  • Is a self-starter and self-motivated individual with a flair for problem-solving;
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity;
  • Have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build cordial and effective working relationships with people at all levels;
  • Have good knowledge of the Employment Act and statutory requirements;
  • Is proficient with MS Office and social media in terms of strengthening the brand name; and
  • Video editing and Adobe Photoshop skills will be an added advantage.
