Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (HR And Corporate Communications) (2-Year Contract) – 1 vacancy

(This is a 2-year contract role)

Candidates are expected to:-

Human Resource

  1. Partner line departments to manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions and activities such as:
  • Managing the recruitment function that comprises of hiring, selection and onboarding;
  • Planning and conducting employee engagement and leadership development programs and initiatives;
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to sustain current and develop new talent pipelines;
  • Working closely with line managers and union officials to build and sustain good industrial relations;
  • Implementing organizational development, innovation and change management programs; and
  • Leading ongoing and new Human Resource projects.

Corporate Communications

  1. Support the team in the following Corporate Communications areas such as: –
  • Assisting in corporate identity and branding activities;
  • Supporting the social media team in content production and management; and
  • Participating in ongoing and new Corporate Communications projects.

The ideal candidate should preferably:-

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ human resources experience;
  • Pay attention to details;
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality;
  • Is a self-starter and self-motivated individual with a flair for problem-solving;
  • Have a strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build cordial and effective working relationships with people at all levels;
  • Have good knowledge in Employment Act and statutory requirements;
  • Is proficient with MS Office and social media in terms of strengthening the brand name; and
  • Video editing and Adobe Photoshop skills will be an added advantage.
