1. All services provided by PSA Marine are in accordance with the General Operating Conditions.
   
2. All customers must have an operating account with PSA Corporation / PSA Marine in order to engage our service. To open a new account, pls obtain the application forms from the Credit Control Section, Finance Department, PSA Corporation, #11-00 PSA Building, 460 Alexandra Road, Singapore 119963.
   
3. For customers without an operating account, a temporary account can be arranged on a per movement basis. Customers are required to complete the order form for the requested service and fax to PSA Marine at the fax no. stated on the order form.

Agents are required to call the Waterboat Office at 6321 1701 to check the status of their applications before paying the advance cash deposit at No. 20, Prince Edward Road, #01-01, Finger Pier Building, Singapore 079213. The Waterboat Office is manned 24 hours.

Deposit should preferably be given in the form of cash or cashier’s order. Alternatively, cheques are acceptable, provided the cheques are given three (3) working days before the Service Requested Time (SRT) and the maximum cheque amount is SGD 5,000 with the balance (if applicable) to be given in cash or cashier’s order.
