Q. How secure is access of IMOS via smartphones?
A. Accessing IMOS via smartphones is similar to accessing IMOS through your PC browser. All sensitive data i.e. User ID, Password and keyed information, will not be stored in the phone memory.

A. Click 'Pilotage' in the main menu

Q. I have placed my order in IMOS via smartphone, will the order be confirmed?
A. Orders made in IMOS via smartphones will be processed similar to IMOS orders made through desktop computers etc.
Q. Do I have to pay additional charges to PSAM for accessing IMOS via smartphones?
A. PSAM does not charge for access to IMOS via smartphones.
Q. Why is the connection to IMOS via smartphones sometimes slow?
A. The mobile internet connection speed of mobile handsets varies depending on a number of factors, such as location, network coverage, service provider, connection type and processor speed of your handset model.
Q. What if I get a call or an SMS while I am creating or amending an order?
A. The connection to IMOS will remain if the call is cancelled. The connection with IMOS will be terminated if you take the call. On receipt of an SMS, your connection with IMOS will remain if you only view the SMS. The connection to IMOS will be terminated if you reply to the SMS.
